I had ordered mobylstore an online shopping site as per ad in facebook, a mobile phone Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) @2999/- and paid them Rs 2999/- by credit card. The money was transferred to them through thier payment gateway also recived sms shows that it was received by divanshyu jain vide payment id 323835208. But till now from the first time the company’s confirmation of the money received by them and their order no MS5572 .they have not yet given the ordered mobile as per their commitment and also not responding in any way.. So please help me to either get my ordered article or the refund of my amount. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
