Dear sir / madam, I have booked a mobile vide order no. MS3782 by seeing advertisement in facebook on 17.05.2020 and paid amount through credit card via payment gateway PayUmoney. Transaction id is 321910293. I have received a mail after payment from help@mobylstore.in that order has been confirmed. I have not received the order / item till date. I have sent mail to their helpdesk on 21.05.2020 to ecomhelp2020@outlook.com and on 31.05.2020 to help@mobylstore.in for enquiry about the order. But both mails were bounced. I request you to take up the issue and do justice for me.
