Moble store 1 is debitting R99 from my bank account i dont even know who moblestore 1 is. I have tried to stop debit order and my bank cant assist me at all it does not allow me to dispute or stop the debit order it has been 4months now.please if anyone can assist me with this situation I would really appreciate it.
Im having a similar problem. I dont know who they are and Moblestore keeps debiting my account. Its fraudulent wat they are doing.

Because our current banks fails to help us we must Change to other banks. Anyway I am also a victim.

Its been 5 months now, they debit R159 ON MY ACCOUNT AND MY BANK CANT HELP ME AND I CANT GET HOLD OF THEM AND I DNT WANT TO CHANGE MY BANK…CAN ANYONE HELP???
I hate this nonsense moblestore, they are always deducting R119 inyo my acc, now i have received R350 grant they also deducted twise, how am i going to leave coz i dont want to change my bank acc, this is a scam
My account was also debited with an amount of R159 this morning. This is after cutting a deal with elite mobile three weeks ago for a laptop that should have been delivered by now, however to this day I still have not received the laptop nor the contract.
I managed to get hold of them on their 086 110 3195 number which is different from their Durban number that appears on their debit check details, only to be told that my application was declined and that the debit order was for the Viva, Showmax and Luno subscriptions. This came as a shock to me because I never signed up for these subscriptions.
They promised to have these removed after analysing the recording of my contract. I’m really disappointed with Elite Mobile.
