I started seeing this unknown charge on my account, went to my back and they could not cancel it or dispute it and now I have no where to go to dispute this charge since their number does not work

Mobile Store has been debiting R119.00 from my account without permission from 04 June 2021 up to this month ( February 2023, and I’m unable to reverse the debit order
I apply for contract sim card at Telkom and they decline my deal but moblestore its busy debiting on my account every month and did not received anything from them, l think they are scamming me l even change my account but they still go through my account.
