Hi had raised a request for mobiwik ZIP EMI on Sunday 10th August for Rs. 95633. The autopay was added by Mobiwik immediately and the amount was to be transferred into my account within 48 working hours. I did a follow-up and spoke to the customer service to which they asked me to wait for 48 hours. post this i again gave a call and spoke to them to which they mentioned that the LOAN has not been approved. I raised a complaint in their customer support and shared bank statement for them to check. I have however not received any response.
On 13th Aug evening I called the customer service again and they mentioned that I cannot cancel the request as 3 days have passes. I mentioned them I did not see any cancel loan option on the app and asked me to mention in the ticket. I again called back asking the status of cancellation to which they are saying that the I have withdrawn the money, I have attached the screenshot of the application which shows blank against UTR number. I am concerned as they have started autopay and they are unwilling to cancel it and now forcing me to take the loan. Hence I am raising this complain for the unprofessional and disguising customer experience.
