I have made 3 payments from mobiwik last month:-
1. Payment of 665.32 via zip which was failed but zip limit used.
2. Payment of 62 electricity bill via zip which was failed but zip limit used
3. Payment of 250 which was successful and zip limit used.
I am liable to pay only 250 but is asking me to pay 1177(977+200 extra fee) i have raised 12 complaints and have requested assistance through Twitter but no resolution found , tried contacting them via call but they didn’t picked up due to high call volume and now they are demanding to pay 1177 on or before 30 June or will charge 300 more.
Their Twitter team accepted their fault and said( we have refunded the money in wallet but there is not a single rupee added back in my wallet)
