Mobiwik platform is doing fraud and charging 99Rs as activation fees for making use of Pay Later facility. Other platforms dont do this and given the very nature of Mobiwik platform it always uses payment from pay later facility which then automatically attracts 99Rs activation charges on first transaction. Mind you I only used this facility today for first time.
Also I requested Mobiwik customer desk to deactivate my account and the amount 553.10Rs i used I am ready to clear but they are adamant on stealing additional 99Rs as activation fee and not allowing to deactivate my account even though I am ready to pay the credit i used.
