They have beenb deducting my money for. The past. Three months I don’t even know what that money is for

I do not know who this MOBISA is I did ot sign for this R140 to be deducted from my account.
I blocked them last month but yet again they go and deduct this money frome.I am a pensioner and cannot afford this
