I was lead to believe I was applying for a cellphone contract though them but I didn’t receive the device nor confirmation. The debit order remained active on my account even after calling their supposed call centre to cancel the service I never wanted to begin with. 2 months later the debit order is still active on my account, I can’t dispute nor stop the debit order for some reason. At my bank they advised me that I can only cancel this nonsense by calling them, but like I said, it’s been 2 months and they still taking my money even after 13 calls all asking they cancel the thing, all with the same conclusion that I have been cancelled until I visit my banking app to see they are still lying to me. I’m even considering switching banks all because of these fraudsters. I have no idea why this company is still allowed to operate.
