This is the second time that MobiSOS have been deducting money from my account! When you call the number thy provide on the debit details the people hang up when you start asking why they are deducting from the account without any permission. I want my R280 paid back, or I will take this further. Capitec can’t stop this debit order, nor can I stop it on my side on the App, which means I will have to close my account.
