They taken money from my acc when I told them stop cancel

Mobisos is busy deducting money from things I never received plus I called them to cancel more then once but still they deducting

  1. Mobisos debit order deducted my money without my permission and I didnt receive any deliveries .they deducted R97 per month as from APRIL 2023 up until now.
