Dear Sir/Maam
I ordered a mobile nokia 5.3 from amazon, First 2 days all work well after day now mobile getting hang and apps are getting close sometimes by itself, Now when working on mobile suddenly the mobile stop working and the screen become black, no button is working on dat time then we have to leave it for a while by itself then suddenly it start working , Where as i try to contact amazon on their help line no but the no whole day it was comming busy, Where i found amazon complaint web site on Net but when i send den i get a reply dat adress not found .
I don no it is all ok or not ,
But i want to replace my phone i want to buy another phone due to dis is not working fine , But in my amazon it says dat refund date has closed on 22 sept so what i have to do know.
