Sir, my name Kartik Chandra Rout, I have ordered one phone through online by Frankine enterprises. Money paid through payU. Money was accepted by Frankine enterprises with payment I’d 425016448 of Rs. 3999.20 on Dtd.18/04/2021 at 7.49 pm. But till yet order was not given by Frankine enterprises. What can I do. Please help me. Get my money back. The phone ordered by me for my daughter’s online class. Please help me.
