I placed an order with Mobile Trolley with payment of INR 2999 for purchase of Samsung Galaxy M21 cellphone on 16th June, 2020. Order summary is as follows:
Order (MT2588 confirmed) summary – Genex Galaxy M21 Smartphone 6GB /128GB
The cellphone was expected to be delivered by 20th June, but did not receive any communication or the delivery of the product till date (27th June, 2020). Contacted company on their helpline mail ehelpme@outlook.com on 20/06/2020, but received neither reply nor the acknowledgement.
I request Consumer Sathi to help me out in this matter.
