I was duped of more than 1 lakh rupees in guarantee to install a tower on my land. I called an unknown number given in a newspaper advertisement. But, they did not respond and called me back after 2-3 days. The person who called me was Mr. Vijay Kushwaha and he told me he is from Banglore, India. Firstly, they asked me for the details about the land and told me that tower installation can be possible if I give them ₹1,500 for NOC. I agreed as it was a small amount, so I deposit the money in the bank account given by that person. Again after 2 days they called me and told me your NOC has been approved and verified and now I have to deposit more ₹25,000 to get approved for the other formalities. I denied to deposit that amount and they told me I will get a refund after installation. I deposit that amount also and after a week they again called me and asked for ₹20,000 for the approval of the file from the Telecom Authority. I was helpless except depositing that amount as I was in danger of my previous amount to get refunded. After 1 day, they called and asked ₹8,000 for another approval of the file. I did it because they told me that these amounts will get refunded. So, the 20 days I didn’t get any call from their side and suddenly 21st day I got a call and told that your file has been successfully approved and now they need money for the raw materials for installation of the tower. So, I thought they are telling the truth and I deposit ₹25,000 in their bank account. And, after a week they again called me and told me that the material is being loaded in the truck and this needs approval so I deposit ₹10,000 for the approval of the file from the Transport Authority, Again after 10 days I got a call from the truck driver and told me that the RTO authority has stopped for the truck being overloaded. And, he asked me to deposit ₹12,000 for filing the RTO amount, And, when I deposit that amount, all the phone numbers got frozen and I was not able to contact any of those members. Totally, I was duped with around ₹1,07,000. Please have a look at this and give a solution to this. I am in very much tension and problem. ThankYou.
