Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought my mobile Poco X3 Pro 03 Nov 2021 and it’s totally dead because of the last updation, so I go to the service centre and they told me this issue happened in mother board and company will be provide you new mother with free service but i can’t get back my data means nothig, firstly I feel bad because my marriage photos, my son’s photos from his born etc.. everything was my poco X3 pro mobile, I am not ready to loss thats all are my precious memories, so I did not give my mobile to service centre, I called my friend and ask him if any possibility to backup my mobile, he told me he will check, so I give this mobile to him and he check and told me we can’t get data because of mother board issue, then I go to service centre and give mobile to them but they told me they can’t give free service because somebody repair this and they asking 12000 rupees for solving this issue, actually nobody repaired my mobile just checked only, I am a middle class family and I bought my phon emi and now I loss all the data because of this mistake happened from the company software, Please help me for getting my autherised free garantee service from the MI service centre, Above all are true and sincerely I declared from my end,
