I have received a message stating 49 rupees cut from my number. When i call customer care and asked about it, they are saying that they have cut money for some automatic service which i didn’t initiate and i am not aware about. Also i asked for the service name and they sent me abother message. So services mentioned in both the messages are different and this is fraud. Imagine, they have cut money for every customer then this is very big fraud. Please take a action.
