Dear Team
I am writing to raise a concern on the AIRTEL Mobile Voice Signals and Internet Signal issues in the area where I live in Hyderabad, Golconda Fort the GPS coordinates are (17°22’41.3″N 78°24’32.8″E or 17.378126, 78.409106) of the exact location) we have been informed by the people calling us and also we have tried personally the signal strength in the Mobile shows 02 or 03 lines and when I call my own number from a different phone the call does not connect and says that the moble number trying to reach is our of range. for some reason when it’s connected by luck, the voice is not constant and study by breaks very often, I assume this could be because of the low signal frequency in our area or no enough number of cells in the transmission tower.
With a huge number of mobile users especially of AIRCEL, the company should take efforts to install an adequate number of transmission towers with enough cell capacity to support the customer base in the area.
Kindly request to forward to relevant authority or department to fix the issue to avoid inconvenience for prevailing customers.
