I am using Airtel prepaid services for the past 7 months. At present the call is not getting connected most of the time, even if connected either the voice is not audible to any one end, mostly to the caller. Also, there is so much of voice break while talking. I also changed the various recharge packs to test the problem . But there was no use. I tried to speak to the customer care , the connection was not provided. There are only selected options for complaint.The customer care is not user friendly as in Aircel . In Aircel one may contact the customer immediately for such problems and would be rectified immediately. Now i am unable to speak to customer care at all
