Sir,
I have converte post paid number to prepaid today at 3.35pm on 02 September and recharge with Rs.300. But still now my outgoing and incoming call facilities is not available. There is nothing due my postpaid dues of said number till today.
You are requested to please start my incoming and outstanding call facilities on my number.
Any losses of my personal life, due to non start of my calling facilities by you. You are fully liable to compensation for my losses.
