I have port from Airtel to Jio around 15 days back at that time I had paid all the dues of airtel before porting to jio.
After this airtel asking for some due payments not explaining it is for what, I did not paid it on time so Airtel suspended my service.
Due to this I had paid the payments and share receipts to the jio till my service is off.
When I contact to the jio they told me that Airtle has suspended the service and will resume it. but till now it is not resumed.
It has been 5 days that my service is off.
