I ordered realme C11 mobile in flipkart website. They are shown in return/refund option avalible in this mobile before ordering. I received the product from flipkart, I don’t like to using the phone, so I raised return request, they are rejected my request. Later I was talk to customer care person, she is irresponsible and not answered my question, suddenly hangup on my phone
