Text of Complaint by Ashok Kumar S:

placed an order for a OnePlus 11 R(8- 128GB) on 04th of May 2023 (Order ID- OD327999438847031100)and I received the product on 6th of May 2023. As I noticed the mobile battery capacity is not upto the level as mentioned in the specification as well as incoming/ outgoing calls are not audible and accessible. Hence placed a return order on 11th of May 2023 it comes after the 6th day of my receiving the product. Based on my return order, flipkart has assigned a technician(Habib) for necessary technical assistance. In this regard, the assigned technician communicated via personal mobile number about his inability to attend my complaint stating long distance. Further he claimed to pay 12% of pelanity that is the cost of the product. So that he will approve the return request immediately without a visit. He also stated that if I am not ready to pay the 12% of the product cost, he will cancel the visit request from his end and the ticket will be reassigned to one of his colleagues where he will also do the same. Later the request was cancelled by him and assigned to the new technician called Manoj. Now agent Manoj has cancelled the request twice from his end without attempting any call to me and not yet updated in the portal from their end. We have clearly predicted the second technician visit will also be cancelled, and the same was informed to the senior executive team (Amithsha Kumar, Kajal, Zainab, Shanu).

Till to date the Flipkart team has not provided any kind of resolution and dragging..
