I purchased VIVO T2X MOBILE FROM FLIPKART AND GOT IT ON 29 TH OF APRIL , THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THE BATTERY IS DRAINING FAST AFTER FULL CHARGE ITS DRAINING VERY FAST AM UNABLE TO USE IT FOR EVEN HOURS.
I TRIED TO RAISE RETURN REQUEST ON FLIPKART SITE BUT GOT ERROR MESSAGE LIKE TRY AFTER SOME TIME, I CONTACTED FLIPKART THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT VIVO FOR 7 DAYS BRAND REPLACEMENT AND PROVIDED ME VIVO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER I CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES EVEN PERSONALLY WENT TO VIVO AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER AT BENZ CIRCLE VIJAYAWADA,BUT VIVO CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS TOLD ME ITS FLIPKART’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE MOBILE
