I had buy a new phone redmi note 12 pro plus on Flipkart . But there is a problem phone that is defective product , so many times I am asking that company customer service portal but they didn’t respond properly and also everytime extend my problem solving date. The order details is OD427027592269597100 . So please help me as soon as possible
