Dear Sir & Madam Mane filpkart se smartphone order kiya tha Redmi note 12 pro plus product Ki details me likha Hua tha 19 minute full charged but phone not fully charged 19 minute km se km 1 hour lag rha Hai is me kindly provide this refund amount me. Mane is bare me filpkart customer care se bat ki to bol rhe hai ki app MI se contact kro aur mane fir MI se contact kiya to vo bol rhea Hai Ki app filpkart se contact kro. Please help.
