When will you JEEVES / FLIPKART get updates from the concerned team?
It has been crossed a long time but you have not received any update regarding my Poco M3 Mobile refund?
I had deposited my Mobile Phone to Jeeves for repair in June 2021.
I have been calling both JEEVES & FLIPKART after every 2-3 days since last 2-3 months (June 2021) continuously but i have not received any solution. I have not received my refund.
I use to call to Jeeves Complete Mobile protection Care every day, But Every time They tell me that they will give update me in two days, AND IT HAS CROSSED A SEVERAL MONTHS REGARDING SAME CASE.
JEEVES AS WEL FLIPKART IS MAKING ME FOOL?
WHY ARE THEY PEOPLE CHEATING WITH ME? IT HAS CROSSED 3- TO 4 MONTHS AND STILL THEY HAVE NO REPLY OR THEY HAVE NO ANY FIXED AMSWER. EVERY TIME THEY CHANGE THEIR PROMISE.
THIS IS TOO LATE AND HERE I WANT MY REFUND NOW.
IT HAS CROSSED 3 TO 4 MONTHS BUT JEEVES HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME WHILE JEEVES CUSTOMER CARE USE TO SAY ME THAT YOUR REFUND IS APPROVED. But we do not have any updates from the concerned team.
My mobile has a Complete protection plan from Jeeves. I always get
different information from Jeeves Customer Care as I call them.
1st Jeeves Customer Care said that my mobile is being Repaired and it
will be shipped to me soon.
2nd Jeeves Customer Care said that my mobile cannot be repaired and a
refund will be transferred in my bank account and I will get a call
soon about my refund.
3rd Jeeves Customer Care said that my mobile is still not defined
whether I will get a refund or replacement.
SIR/MADAM, IT HAS CROSSED A LONG TIME I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT SOLUTION.
