Dear sir, I ashok tiwari, using mob no. 7972826736. I have recharged same mob no. On 12.05.2020 for Rs. 555. Till date it is not recharged.
With in 10 working days, I have called to customer care. They have told me to wait for further 10 days due to lockdown..
I need to get recharge my mob.
