dear sir/s i have recharged my mobile no.8125356637 for rs.80+tax of re.1/ through my kotak bank debit card on 03/10/2018 at 9.33 pm through komparify.com. the recharge was done and shown as’transaction failed’. in this connection i have sent an mail and the following is the reply from them on 13th october, 2018 at 16.04 hrs to my mail id asrb1993@gmail.com as follows;
