I have recently made a recharge through airtel thanks app for a amount of 598/- However, the amount was deducted but the recharge did not went through. I received a message regarding the same that your amount has been deducted and you will get amount in airtel account but i want the money to be refunded to the sources location where it was debited from. So, please check into that and it was mentioned that it will be credited within 4 hours but there is no show of the amount.
Please write me back with the resolution asap!
Also i am attaching a transaction id and my reference number for the amount which was deducted. Airtel has not provided me any resolution and not even refunding the money. The airtel thanks app is associated with srivastava18deepti@gmail.com. I have mailed them almost 10 times but they simply say this id is not registered. I have also shared the transaction number and reference number for the recharge.
