Text of Complaint by Uma Kandasamy:

I recharged two mobile phones via www.airtel.in for the amount of INR 719 each on Jan 2nd 2022. One recharge was successful and the other did not add balance to my account even though the money was debited from my bank account. I have raised the issue with airtel customer service, nodal team and the appellate team My bank also opened a dispute resolution process with airtel and the backend team confirmed both the transactions. But, when I contact the airtel teams, they deny the transaction in question. I am being given a run around on this issue with no resolution so far.
