through Paytm I had requested for recharge of my mobile no.9480248918 and an amount of Rs.485 was deducted from my paytm a/c on 6/12/2021.But till this date It has not been recharged nor i have received any message from you nor from Bsnl. for more details https;//paytm.me/4-2luGv.Please expedite.
