Dear Sir,
I undersigned was entered the mobile number 9121822701 for recharge of Rs.448/- but recharged other mobile number 7738315110 by Airtel. I have spoken with Airtel customer care representative to refund the amount but they had denied to take this complaint & they also said that helpless in this matter & their approach is very casual.
So we request to you do the needful.
