I initiated yearly package of 2448rs for a Airtel number on 23rd December in Airtel thanks through third party upi ( bank reference id 035809744723) and money got deducted from my bank account and recharge failed and I didn’t get any refund .
I would be highly grateful to you if you look into this matter and make an arrangement for the refund.
