My whole family is airtel customer but my mother phone is a basic handset so we have recharged for 100 and we have 40/- in the account but still incoming is completely closed and also outgoing.
Do you think each family member has to recharge for 600/- for 54 days with this. If that is the case I would port my full family no. to another mobile service.
