I would like to draw your kind attention towards an acidic problem created from Bharti Airtel company.
i have recharged my prepaid mobile np 9931987719 on 13.04.2020 vide transaction id is 2004131810740 through axis bank debit card
but i have received message that your bill payment initiated and account will recharge after 4 hours?but till date my prepaid account not recharged
sir, all country are facing with corona virus and hence i am away from my family so i have to make urgent consult with my family so i request you kindly take necessary action to refund my money as soon as possible
