Copy of complaint of samsung mobile is forwarded h/w for your references. Please take necessary actions and instruction to samsung company to resolve the issues.
Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (model Samsung Glaxy M32 5G) BO9CGJK2HG vide order number 405-6145457- 2933927 dt. 23.10 .2021 through Amazon.

I regret to observe that this handset last only 10 month and started troubling within 10 month of purchase.

Earlier, It was working very slow, and sometimes the calls got blocked.

The phone was shown to service Centers at Aurangabad Maharashtra, where they gande de over the phone to me after formatting.

After one week same problem noticed and as par their advice SIM are not working properly so I got new SIM card issued but the problem remain same.

Again I went to service center, this time they said the guarantee period expired one week ago and the problem is due to faulty Mother board. The replacement cost is Rs. 8500. When I told that this is the continuous issue for which complaint was raised with in Guarantee Period.

Please note and advise on below points:

1. Why service center had not record when phone was formatted First time. This is not my fault.

2. Was it just a time pass to avoid free replacment by formatting the devise or saying this is SIM’s fault?

You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action to follow the Guarantee Period’s terms and conditions by re placing the Faulty device.

In this connection I already contacted customer care cente and told my problem but they not logged my complaint.

I always belive in Brand value and that’s why I bought Samsung Mobile Phone but I am very disappointed by the quality and service of the Company.

I have used multiple Mobiles during last several years and never faced such problem earlier with any Company but I am shocked this time.
