I have ordered nefon phone from shopmymobile I have only got the message of 3999 Rs has been deducted from my account through pay U UPI tranction I D 111709383462 and Google pay tranction I D is CICAgOD41OqaWQ and I have not got the order id too. It has said that it will be shipped by 7 to 8 days . Mobile phone was ordered in 27 April 21 till not rec’d don’t any customer care number I want my order mobile another my payment kindly request to order cancel and refund the amount.
