I have purchased my mobile OPPO F17Pro at a sangeetha Store in Nandini Layout on Nov 28,2020 at the time of purchased they have promised me i will get a cash back of 1500 if i purchase through card and i will get price drop protection upto 2000/- if the price of the mobile drops with in 30 dyas and some free accessories. But even after 10 months of purchase i didnt get any cash back , i didnt get the price drop protection what they have offerred me .(the price of the mobile got reduced within 15 days by 1500/- , i contacted them through mails there is no response at all. and the calls are never answered and when i visited the store at NANDINI LAYOUT the executive keep on saying some cock and bull stories , but never escalated the matter and never resolved .
