In my Instagram account, Some one named “kabirmalik.97” requested to follow, and i followed him. in his page he posted many attractive ads regarding mobile sale. as the offer shown on his page – I phone xs max @ 5000/- i decided to buy from him, which is purely through amazon (which he mentioned in his add). I made a total payment of Rs 5000 (through Google pay 4000 to Ramavatar Rawat – 7509415435@paytm + through paytm 1000 to 8120911486@paytm).
However; there is no order confirmation nor any customer care. regarding this i messaged him through Instagram and he replied me as while ordering he put his no, so my order confirmed and will be delivered by 15-06-2020. i haven’t got my product till date , we interacted through Instagram till 16-06-2020, when i continuously asked about product delivery, he blocked me on that day. He is fraud. Please help me to get my money back, and also he should be punished, he is looting innocent people.

I also paid him Rs. 15000 for iphone 11 pro max.
Is there any chance to recover my money ?
Did ur complain against him , court took any action
I too got fooled
If our govt hve taken action against him before many ppl money would hve been saved ?
