Dear Sir, I have ordered V15 (Frozen black ,6GB RAM, 64GB Storage )phone by making payment of Rs.3999/- and i received low quality phone and specification also changed . this phone also not operational (dead) … I try to contact refund policy but not responded. Kindly help me to get my money back.

i have ordered V15 (Frozen black,6GB Ram,64 GB storage) phone on dated 04-07-2020 and have made payment of RS. 3999/- .As per said commitments i have not received any mail or SMS confirmation regarding date of delivery for the said product.you are requested to adhere with your words and deliver the right product as ordered.
