I ordered the maxo note 9 pro 6gb ram + 128gb phone(Order#10882) by making payment of Rs.3999/- in https://maxophones.online .But I received the orange b6 max1(1gb ram + 8gb) phone on 30June2020 through DTDC courier and it’s not working(Dead Mobile) when I opened the package and checked. I try to contact refund policy but not responded. Kindly help me to get my money back.
