I was ordered nokia phone but they are delivered china local mobile (Q-Tel), after that they are not reachable any way.

I have ordered for Classic 3310, but the product which i received is Q-Tel Q7, and I have sent the email as well to brandstry but there is no reply from them.
Please help me getting it replaced and refunded.
