My phone number 9702411136 has suspended since 8 th march, i tried all help line, even mail but no use, now since 9 days my phone is suspended,i paid previous operator bill also.
I submitted receipt by mail to care@jio.com, on 9 th April
But no use,
They are sending me reply mails to call 199 or 198 ,
But they are not sound enough to resolve my problem.
Please help me
