Booked nebula 7 pro on Mobyl store vide no. MS2971. No information for delivery.When contacted customer care no.7478114571/7384137225 expressed not possibility of delivery due to lock out and suggested a faulty way which was followed under their guidance for the refund of Rs.2999 earlier paid and I lost Rs.5000/- from my bank account
