http://Just half an hour I had given complaint but no reply so again I give you complaint that today I make online recharge for idea balance recharge of rs. 581/- ref IGALHPZHF1 at 10:46am amt. Is debited from my SBI a/ c but recharge has not been failed. Pl refund the amount 581/- to my a/c
