I had purchased mobile from you on 08/01/2021. Payment was gone to PRESHA TRADING by PAYTM. Payment made through HDFC Bank.

Item Sent Through -DELHIVERY EXPRESS COURIER
On 12 -01 – 2021 I received Mobile. Instead of ULTRON brand Mobile I received REACH brand. That too damaged mobile. Also on the box itself written as damaged. I had already mailed buymymobile.in through which I had ordered and through which company money transferred and taken by PRESH TRADING through PAYTM. Photographs are attached.
