I received the phone from amazon an hour ago. The back of the phone, the charger, and the box have scratches. Phone is over heating while charging
I gave a call to amazon customer service, they said you purchase renewed phone you need to accept the defective product. They cheating the customer by selling the defective product.
I want my money to be refunded since I do not intend to use this phone
