Hello sir , i ordered a mobile phone , firstly they send me a defective product so I replaced the product ,then they send me again tampered product , in box contain accesories was missing nd not sealed also scratches . So I request to refund the product , then i waited 3 days for pickup but Flipkart delivery boy didn’t came to take the product nd my product nd it was cancelled .. Flipkart promised me that u don’t have to worry about the return period bcs they are taking too much time . They are doing fraud to me again and again nd not responding to my issue , seller send me used product nd Flipkart not solving my issue ,please take action nd pls help me to return this product , i don’t want this tampered nd already used product ,i want my money back .. they are doing fraud to a genuine customer , kindly help me to solve this issue as soon as possible .
