Hi I have book New mobile phone of realme 9 pro 5 g
Through Flipkart big billon sale
and it was about to deliver on 30th September. But I have change the date to 1st October 2022. But order didn’t delivered on same day have called delivery person he said it will get delivered between 8 to 10 pm
Have waited till 10.30 then I called delivery person he was not picking up call then I called customer care they said we will help you u have to wait till tomorrow which was 2 oct 2022
By 6 pm your order will be delivered. Now it was 8.30 pm
Till now I have not received my order. I received call from delivery person Rakesh Rathod around 9 pm i coming to deliver
Your phone you format your old phone which need to exchange
I said ok you come I will do.
Again after 5 min he called have formatted your phone I said you
Come I will check phone then I will format first you come to dorestep but he was just don’t want to come he was just arguing with me you format phone it is just time pass i have to wait it is time consuming. I just said you want to come or not else go away. He disconnected call and didnt turnup have informed customer care but customer care is just saying we will deliver at earliest
Your querry will get resolved with in 3 days by 6 th Oct 2022
you wil get resolution. Today is 6 th Oct no one turned up till 10 pm. Have again call customer care they are just saying you have to wait till 7th oct 2022
have asked them why what is issue they don’t know they are saying unforseen issue. Have asked to provide me escalation matrix they said we don’t have escalation matrix. Have told to transfer the call to manger he transfer call to lady Komal she said same scripted details u have to wait same then saying you cancel your order. I said why i should cancel she said it is your lookout or you have to wait. I said r u giving commitment of delivery order by tomarrow she said no there is not guaranteed. Then i said give me escalation matrix she said I don’t have
I said you are manger she said I am not manager. the first agent shebaz have fooled me saying I am connecting to manger
This is service Flipkart is going need stong action against Flipkart total harassment. From last 6 days till now not confirmation. Not revert on mail
Just going it will resolve no time line.very pathetic service.
